I decided to take the day off today so we could get an early jump on painting the nursery.
The furniture is out of the room.
The room is taped off.
The walls have been primed.
All of my painting goals have been reached for today. Now, on to my personal goals:

By the way, I've lost about 4 pounds since Sunday by eating less calories than I burn and riding the bike. I've calculated that I can go to Chili's today and split the teriyaki wings with my wife, eat a cheeseburger, and enjoy two beers. Even then, I'll still be eating less calories than I burn. I heard that one of Superman's popular phrases was de-Americanized. Some folks at military bases are refusing to go see it due to this. Do you mind letting us know if you think this has been blown out of proportion? I would really like to see this movie. Thanks...One of your loyal readers.
Four pounds! Wow!
Superman was OK. Too much Kate Bosworth, and not enough Kevin Spacey, but the special effects were amazing. I liked it better then Spiderman.
What was the popular phrase? Tell me he still says, "UP, UP, AND AWAY!!!" That's a pretty amazing phrase...If he doesn't say that, I'm out!!! End of sentence.
Superman is supposed to say that he stands for freedom, justice and the American way. I heard that in the movie he says he stands for freedom, justice and all that other stuff. I'm not sure how I feel about that yet. I just know that some people are upset about it. I'm sure the movie makers did this to make the movie internationally marketable.
